What was originally a good thing, it may finally be done, it has become a pit for rural residents. The application of photovoltaic solar power panels in rural households sounds like a good thing, but when implemented, it has become a method for some companies to make profits, and it has become a method for rural residents to take on loans.
Photovoltaic solar panels, if they are highly efficient and can be integrated into the national grid, it is indeed a good thing for some areas with long hours of sunlight. However, there is an investment cost in the early stage. Who will bear the cost? Can it be connected to the grid? Can the efficiency of the grid-connected achieve the effect originally promoted? Who will bear the subsequent daily maintenance costs? In fact, these few problems eventually turned into a mess of accounts in some places, and the farmers eventually paid the bills.
1. For the initial material costs and installation costs, many places have persuaded farmers to adopt the so-called supporting loan model. That is, the solar installation company purchases and installs, the farmer is responsible for the loan and bears the cost, and the bank loan is directly paid to the installation company. After this link, the installation company has made money, the bank has made interest, and the farmers have installed solar energy, but they bear the loan repayment and interest.
2. If the solar energy works well, then the farmers' homes will no longer have to spend on electricity. If it doesn’t work well, the farmers’ homes still have to use electricity. But the key point is that in many places, farmers’ solar energy wants to be integrated into the national grid to sell the electricity during their wealthy time to make money. However, the State Grid did not agree to the grid connection. The farmers found out that they had promised to sell stores and make money. This matter became an empty talk. Even if it is agreed to be connected to the grid, it is later discovered that if the solar power generation efficiency is not high, it will not sell for a few dollars.
3. If there is solar energy, it needs to be repaired every year, and parts should be replaced if there is a problem. I don't know that in some places, the installation company is responsible for all the loan expenses, some places are borne by the farmers themselves, and some places are borne by the government. If it is the peasant's burden, then the amount of money spent every year is a lot.
So in the end, it is said that this matter is done, and the farmers are a good deal. Peasants who fail to do so will find that they have to repay the loan themselves. Although solar energy is generating electricity, the amount is not enough and unstable, and they have to spend a sum of money for maintenance every year.
So at present, the issue of solar power generation is good in some places across the country, but bad in some places. Of course, with the advancement of technology and the gradual integration of the national grid into the grid in the future, the prospects may be good.
